The programming is simple to use and provides data we may not have otherwise had access to. From the sales side of the equation, I especially appreciate having historical gross profit data. This is something I could not easily get, yet it was a constant request from the sales force. In addition, the ability to schedule reports has significantly cut down on the time I used to spend preparing month end reports for sales staff and internal staff. This valuable time can now be invested in other profit generating activities. I look forward to furthering my knowledge with the system and sharing it with my staff.
