I can absolutely tell you that WebQuery has been a Godsend! I can’t believe that I struggled with reporting for a year before finally getting this.

2) The accuracy is 100%. The numbers that I see in WebQuery match the few internal reports that I do run.
3) Your staff has been very quick and always courteous to my questions and issues. Support did not hesitate to add another couple of fields that I needed for specific reports that we requested.
