Job Description:
Informediate, Inc. is seeking a full-time Web/Mobile Application Developer/Analyst to participate in developing new and existing business applications and business intelligence solutions. Projects vary in size and difficulty.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis and development of web/mobile applications and scripts (which includes APIs, web reports, etc.) using PHP with MySQL, or MS-SQL databases
- Design, Specifications, Enhancement and maintenance of new & existing applications
- Application deployment and integrating and/or installing other 3rd party apps and tools
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- At least 2 years of business experience with PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with: KendoUI, HTML5, AJAX, SQL, Visual Studio.Net, Silverlight, Telerik are advantageous
- Experience with Business processes including E-Commerce, Accounting, Inventory Control or Purchasing applications for distribution, retail or manufacturing industries are desirable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics, integrity, ability to multi-task are fundamental needs
- Ability to analyze and create specifications and/or program to specification is required
- Willingness to learn independently and collaborate with others is essential
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sharp mind with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and work out complex logic problems
- A demonstrated ability to learn by doing and taking initiative to "figure things out quickly"
